Yan Dribinsky

was born in Kazan (Russia). There he started learning the trumpet at the age of six at the music grammar school. After graduating from the Kazan College of Music with a diploma in trumpet, he performed with orchestras in Russia and Europe. From 2001 to 2002, he worked with klezmer ensembles in the USA.

He has lived in Berlin since 2003 and was a trumpeter with the orchestras of the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Komische Oper, among others. During this time he began a degree in Management and Marketing at the Wirtschaftsakademie Berlin in 2005, subsequently working for a market research institute in Düsseldorf. During his studies, he gained invaluable experience in the area of artist management as private secretary to diverse and renowned artists and for projects at international artist agencies, including Takt4Art in Amsterdam.
