Karoline Jacob

As a Senior Manager, Karoline Jacob works with conductors, provides coaching through the kwmm Academy and supports strategic processes. She is currently training to become an Alexander Technique teacher alongside her job, with a view to expanding her consultancy skills to include topics such as sustainable health for musicians, embodiment and authentic presentation.

In 2006, she joined karsten witt musik management in Berlin as a project and tour manager, overseeing the tours and guest performances of orchestras, choirs, dance companies, and various theatrical and multimedia projects. She organized the Zermatt Festival Academy for the Scharoun Ensemble and transitioned to artistic management in 2014.

During her studies, Karoline Jacob worked at the orchestra academy of the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival and supervised the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra on tours with Claudio Abbado, Franz Welser-Möst, Pierre Boulez, and Ingo Metzmacher. Following this, she was the festival manager for the Hamburger Musikfest and the Ostertöne at the Laeiszhalle Hamburg.

Fascinated by symphonic music from an early age, she chose the violin as her instrument and was actively involved in international youth and student orchestras for many years. Karoline loves the coast and the north and studied Applied Cultural Studies (MA) at the University of Lüneburg and the School of Economics and Business Law in Gothenburg.
