Karoline Jacob
joined Karsten Witt Musik Management in 2006 as a project and tour manager, overseeing the tours and guest performances of orchestras, choirs, dance companies, and various theatrical and multimedia projects. She organized the Zermatt Festival Academy for the Scharoun Ensemble and transitioned to artistic management in 2014, working primarily with conductors.
During her studies, Karoline Jacob worked at the orchestra academy of the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival and supervised the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra on tours with Claudio Abbado, Franz Welser-Möst, Pierre Boulez, and Ingo Metzmacher. Following this, she was the festival manager for the Hamburger Musikfest and the Ostertöne at the Laeiszhalle Hamburg.
Fascinated by symphonic music from an early age, she chose to study the violin and was involved for many years in international youth and student orchestras. She earned a Masters in Applied Cultural Sciences from the University of Lüneburg, and also studied at the School of Economics and Business Law in Gothenburg, Sweden.
