Estefanía Montes
Estefanía Montes was born in Madrid (Spain).
She joined Karsten Witt Musik Management in January 2022 and currently works as a project manager for composers, conductors, and instrumentalists.
At the age of ten she began her musical training in violin and piano, obtaining a professional diploma in both instruments at the conservatory.
Subsequently, she pursued her university studies at Katarina Gurska College of Music in violin performance under the tutelage of Sergey Fatkulin.
She has professional experience as a performer in orchestras such as the Sinfónica Clásica Santa Cecilia, in Ensembles and as a teacher of violin, piano and music theory at Adagio Music School, a private music academy in Madrid.
Estefania furthered her studies with a Master in Performing Arts Management at the Academia Teatro alla Scala and the Polytechnic University in Milan, Italy. She was accepted in Germany to carry out an internship in the artistic department of the Leipzig Opera and later at Karsten Witt Musik Management in Berlin.
Educated in five languages, she is an enthusiast of aesthetics, culture and the arts.
