In May, Sarah Wegener can be seen as Sieglinde in Wagner’s Walküre at the Elbphilharmonie and at the Kulturpalast Dresden. The production, which has already been successfully performed in Prague, Cologne and Amsterdam under the direction of Kent Nagano, will be performed for the last time in Lucerne in August.

Sarah Wegener made her highly successful role debut as Sieglinde in the production as part of the historically informed Ring tetralogy, which Kent Nagano is realising as an unprecedented project with the Dresden Festival Orchestra and Concerto Köln. She can now also be heard in this role in Hamburg and Dresden.
