On 12 July, Friedrich Praetorius conducts the Staatskapelle Weimar in an open-air concert with captivating music from Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.

The Staatskapelle Weimar promises ‘passion that infects’ for its open-air concert as part of the festival Weimar Summer. Under the direction of Friedrich Praetorius, the orchestra will perform a varied programme with works by Ginastera, Villa-Lobos and Guarnieri, among others. The young piano virtuoso Fabio Martino from São Paolo will perform as a soloist with the Staatskapelle. A concert ‘for pure enjoyment or for wild dancing on the meadows of the Weimarhallenpark’.
