From 25 June to 17 July, Daishin Kashimoto will be touring Japan and South Korea with three different ensembles: following concerts with the Dresden Philharmonic, he will perform in a trio with Claudio Bohórquez and Yu Kosuge, as well as with chamber music partners from the Berlin Philharmonic.
"A recording for the ages": Daishin Kashimoto’s interpretation of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons with the Berlin Baroque Soloists has received rave reviews.
Daishin Kashimoto's CD with Chausson's Concerto for Piano, Violin and String Quartet, recorded together with Éric Le Sage and the Schumann Quartet, was released by Sony Classical in October and was promptly voted Album of the Week by BR Klassik radio.
Congratulations to Daishin Kashimoto: his CD with chamber music by Nino Rota received a Diapason d'or award of the year!
