    Classical:NEXT, the largest international networking event in the classical music world, kicks off on April 8 in Budapest and will once again feature a showcase program organized by karsten witt musik management.

    Classical:NEXT opens its doors on April 8 in Budapest with a concert programme that is as diverse as it is forward-looking. Classical:NEXT 2026 will open in one of Europe’s most magnificent concert halls: the historic Liszt Academy in Budapest. The opening concert brings together Hungary’s rich musical heritage with its vibrant contemporary scene in a programme spanning works from Franz Liszt to Péter Eötvös. The concert features outstanding artists who are equally well-known on Hungarian and international stages, including pianist Gábor Farkas, violinists Barnabás Kelemen and Katalin Kokas, cimbalom virtuoso Miklós Lukács, cellist Ditta Rohmann, trumpeter Kornél Fekete-Kovács, and the Modern Art Orchestra.
