Anssi Karttunen has recorded Betsy Jolas' complete works for cello and piano together with Nicolas Hodges – the double album has now been released on the bastille musique label.

The premiere recordings of the works, composed between 1972 and 2022, were made at the WDR Funkhaus in Cologne. They are accompanied by a detailed booklet that includes an interview with Betsy Jolas, who will celebrate her 100th birthday in August 2026.

In 2016, the GrauSchumacher Piano Duo paid homage to Busoni’s visionary spirit.
