Having been in close contact with the composer on several occasions for her interpretations of the work with the Ensemble intercontemporain at the Ravel Festival and, prior to that, at the Théâtre de Caen and the Teatro del Canal in Madrid, Jenny Daviet will now sing the soprano part in a performance conducted by George Benjamin. On 27 July, the work is on the programme at the Festival Messiaen in the French Alps.
