We are delighted to be working with Sasha Stychkina from now on! The Berlin-based Greek-Russian pianist was born in Moscow in 2003 and began studying at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire with Mira Marchenko at the age of nine. Following numerous competition successes – including being the youngest prize-winner in the history of the Marguerite Long International Piano Competition in Paris in 2019 – she decided to step away from the competition circuit in order to devote her time to her artistic development. Since 2019, she has been studying with Kirill Gerstein at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin, focusing on systematically expanding her solo and concert repertoire and refining her musical expression.
