Are you interested in getting to know the classical music market in a one-year traineeship and in getting a 360-degree view of the music scene?

You love classical music, enjoy working in an international environment and with unique personalities, and speak German, English and maybe another language well? Do you work quickly, but also conscientiously and precisely? Then apply for one of our trainee positions - we look forward to hearing from you!

We offer a traineeship with a weekly working time of 30 hours and a monthly salary of €1500, but would also be open to a full-time position (40 hours). The ideal start date would be 1 September 2024.

We take the training character of this entry-level position very seriously and our former trainees now work as concert dramaturges or coordinators with orchestras, project leaders with music institutions such as the German Music Council, in the artistic direction of opera houses - or still in our team.

Resumes and cover letters will be accepted until the position is filled. Submissions should be made via email to Maike Charlotte Fuchs at info@karstenwitt.com.
